Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") set out in the following items apply respectively to the leave, etc. prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (ii), (a) of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance (referred to as "leave, etc." in item (ii) and item (viii)), the secondment prescribed in item (ii), (b) of that paragraph (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as "secondment"), the paid leave under Article 17-2-2, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance or Article 17-2-4, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, or the leave under Article 17-2-5, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance, as specified in each of those items.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げるこの省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この項において「新雇保則」という。）の規定は、当該各号に定める新雇保則第百二条の三第一項第二号イに規定する休業等（第二号及び第八号において「休業等」という。）、同項第二号ロに規定する出向（以下この項において「出向」という。）、新雇保則附則第十七条の二の二第一項第一号若しくは新雇保則附則第十七条の二の四第二項第一号イ若しくはロの有給休暇又は新雇保則附則第十七条の二の五第二項第一号の休暇について、それぞれ適用する。

新雇保則附則第十五条の四の三第三項の規定 令和二年一月二十四日以降に開始した出向
the provisions of Article 15-4-3, paragraphs (4) and (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: leave, etc. that began on or after April 1, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十五条の四の三第四項及び第五項の規定 令和二年四月一日以降に開始した休業等
the provisions of Article 15-4-3, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: secondment that began on or after April 1, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十五条の四の三第八項の規定 令和二年四月一日以降に開始した出向
the provisions of Article 17-2-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: the paid leave under paragraph (1), item (i) of that Article taken on or after April 1, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十七条の二の二第三項の規定 令和二年四月一日以降に取得した同条第一項第一号の有給休暇
the provisions of Article 17-2-4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: the paid leave under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of that Article taken on or after April 1, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十七条の二の四第三項の規定 令和二年四月一日以降に取得した同条第二項第一号イ又はロの有給休暇
the provisions of Article 17-2-4, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: the paid leave under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) or (b) of that Article taken on or after February 27, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十七条の二の四第五項の規定 令和二年二月二十七日以降に取得した同条第二項第一号イ又はロの有給休暇
the provisions of Article 17-2-5, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: the leave under paragraph (2), item (i) of that Article taken on or after May 7, 2020;
新雇保則附則第十七条の二の五第四項の規定 令和二年五月七日以降に取得した同条第二項第一号の休暇
the provisions of Article 17-5-2 and Article 17-6-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance: leave, etc. and secondment that began on or after April 1, 2020.
