第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect, according to the categories set out in the following items, as of the days specified respectively in those items:
この省令は、次の各号に掲げる区分に応じ、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1, 3, 4 and 6: the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc. to Promote Regulatory Reform for the Formation of a Digital Society (May 21, 2026).
第一条、第三条、第四条及び第六条の規定 デジタル社会の形成を図るための規制改革を推進するためのデジタル社会形成基本法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和八年五月二十一日）
第二条（通知の方法に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning the Method of Notice
The provisions of Article 9, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 6 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 65-6, paragraph (5) and Article 65-8, paragraph (6) of that Ordinance), Article 12, paragraph (2) and Article 66, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance) apply to notices under Article 9, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 66, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance), Article 11, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 65-6, paragraph (5) and Article 65-8, paragraph (6) of that Ordinance) or Article 12, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (hereinafter in this paragraph simply referred to as "notices") that are given on or after the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in item (i) of the preceding Article, and with regard to notices given before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第六条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第九条第二項及び第三項（同令第十一条第二項（同令第六十五条の六第五項及び第六十五条の八第六項において準用する場合を含む。）、第十二条第二項及び第六十六条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、前条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後にする同令第九条第一項（同令第六十六条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）、第十一条第一項（同令第六十五条の六第五項及び第六十五条の八第六項において準用する場合を含む。）又は第十二条第一項の規定による通知（以下この項において単に「通知」という。）について適用し、同日前にした通知については、なお従前の例による。

わかりやすく言うと
公共職業安定所長が、被保険者となったこと又は被保険者でなくなったことを確認したとき、届出や確認の請求に係る事実がないと認めたときにする通知（準用される場合を含みます）のことです（雇用保険法施行規則第九条第一項、第十一条第一項、第十二条第一項）。
