第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of May 1, 2015.
この省令は、平成二十七年五月一日から施行する。
第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Effective Date"), came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 6-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Measures Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order or Article 110 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）前にこの省令による改正前の雇用対策法施行規則第六条の二又はこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第百十条の規定により特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of persons with a developmental disability and patients with intractable diseases to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 118-3, paragraph (2) or (3) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of disaster victims to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 15-5, paragraph (2) or (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
