As the programs listed in Article 63, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Act, programs of providing the authorized training grant for wide-area organizations and the subsidy for authorized training assistance project expenses are to be carried out.
法第六十三条第一項第一号に掲げる事業として、広域団体認定訓練助成金及び認定訓練助成事業費補助金を交付する事業を行うものとする。
Article 122Authorized Training Grant for Wide-Area Organizations
The authorized training grant for wide-area organizations is to be paid to a small and medium-sized enterprise employers' association (limited to one whose members extend across two or more prefectures) or a federation thereof that conducts authorized vocational training prescribed in Article 24, paragraph (3) of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27-2, paragraph (2) of that Act) (hereinafter referred to as "authorized training") for small and medium-sized enterprise employers who are its members or members of the organizations constituting the federation, and that is found to need assistance in order to promote authorized training.
広域団体認定訓練助成金は、その構成員又は連合団体を構成する団体の構成員である中小企業事業主のために職業能力開発促進法第二十四条第三項（同法第二十七条の二第二項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する認定職業訓練（以下「認定訓練」という。）を実施する中小企業事業主の団体（その構成員が二以上の都道府県にわたるものに限る。）又はその連合団体であつて、認定訓練を振興するために助成を行うことが必要であると認められるものに対して、支給するものとする。
The amount of the authorized training grant for wide-area organizations is 1/2 (2/3 in the case of a federation of national small and medium-sized enterprise employers' associations) of the amount calculated, with regard to the expenses required for the operation of authorized training conducted by the small and medium-sized enterprise employers' association or federation thereof prescribed in the preceding paragraph, in accordance with the standards determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, taking into consideration the type, scale, etc. of vocational training (where that amount exceeds the amount required for those expenses in that fiscal year, that amount).
Article 123Grant for Authorized Training Assistance Project Expenses
The subsidy for authorized training assistance project expenses is to be granted to prefectures that provide the assistance or aid necessary for promoting authorized training conducted by employers, etc. prescribed in Article 13 of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act (limited to small and medium-sized enterprise employers in the case of employers, and to small and medium-sized enterprise employers' associations or federations thereof in the case of employers' associations or federations thereof), in an amount equivalent to 1/2 of the amount pertaining to the assistance or aid provided by the prefecture for expenses amounting to the amount calculated, with regard to the expenses listed in the following items, respectively in accordance with the standards determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, taking into consideration the type, scale, etc. of vocational training (where that amount exceeds the amount required for those expenses in that fiscal year, that amount) (where that amount equivalent to 1/2 exceeds an amount equivalent to 1/3 of the amount calculated in accordance with those standards (where that amount exceeds the amount required for those expenses in that fiscal year, that amount), an amount equivalent to that 1/3):
認定訓練助成事業費補助金は、職業能力開発促進法第十三条に規定する事業主等（事業主にあつては中小企業事業主に、事業主の団体又はその連合団体にあつては中小企業事業主の団体又はその連合団体に限る。）が行う認定訓練を振興するために必要な助成又は援助を行う都道府県に対して、次の各号に掲げる経費に関し、それぞれ職業訓練の種類、規模等を考慮して厚生労働大臣が定める基準に従つて算定した額（その額が当該経費につき当該年度において要した金額を超えるときは、当該金額とする。）の経費について、都道府県が行う助成又は援助に係る額の二分の一に相当する額（その額が当該基準に従つて算定した額（その額が当該経費につき当該年度において要した金額を超えるときは、当該金額とする。）の三分の一に相当する額を超えるときは当該三分の一に相当する額）を交付するものとする。
