附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the special grant for supporting job transfer of middle-aged and older workers to an employer that, before the effective date of this Ministerial Order, has come to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to Article 17-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の四の規定により中高年労働移動支援特別助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する当該中高年労働移動支援特別助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
To an employer that, by September 30, 2000, has come to be able to receive payment of the special grant for human resources mobility pursuant to Article 17-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, notwithstanding Article 17-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the special grant for human resources mobility may be paid on or after October 1, 2000 as well.
平成十二年九月三十日までの間に第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の四の規定により人材移動特別助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年十月一日以後においても当該人材移動特別助成金を支給することができる。
