第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1982.
この省令は、昭和五十七年四月一日から施行する。
第三条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
With regard to the payment, for days before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers under Article 102-5, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 2 and the benefit for promoting employment in areas subject to Dowa measures under Article 110 of that Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前の日に係る第二条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の五第一項の特定求職者雇用開発助成金及び同規則第百十条の同和対策対象地域雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
