第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
The provisions of Article 118 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women pertaining to women hired on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women under Article 115, item (i) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") pertaining to women re-employed before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給について適用し、施行日前に再雇用された女子に係る改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百十五条第一号の女子再雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for the human resources development project of small and medium-sized enterprises under Article 121, item (i) of the Former Ordinance to a small and medium-sized enterprise employers' association or its federation that, before the Effective Date, became eligible to receive payment of the grant for the human resources development project of small and medium-sized enterprises pursuant to Article 122 of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the ability development benefit under Article 125, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to eligible vocational training under Article 125, paragraph (2), item (ii), (a) of the Former Ordinance commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に開始された旧規則第百二十五条第二項第二号イの対象職業訓練に係る同条第一項の能力開発給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

その資本金の額又は出資の総額が三億円（小売業又はサービス業を主たる事業とする事業主については五千万円、卸売業を主たる事業とする事業主については一億円）を超えない事業主及びその常時雇用する労働者の数が三百人（小売業を主たる事業とする事業主については五十人、卸売業又はサービス業を主たる事業とする事業主については百人）を超えない事業主

資本金又は出資の総額が三億円以下（主な事業が小売業・サービス業なら五千万円、卸売業なら一億円以下）の事業主と、常時雇用する労働者が三百人以下（小売業なら五十人、卸売業・サービス業なら百人以下）の事業主のことです。
