第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
第三条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") for educational training prescribed in paragraph (1), item (i), (b) of that Article that began before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に開始された改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百二条の三の二第一項第一号ロに規定する教育訓練に係る同項の雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to the hiring prescribed in item (ii), (a) of that paragraph before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の旧規則第百二条の三の二第一項第二号イに規定する雇入れに係る同項の雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers under Article 102-5, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance pertaining to the hiring prescribed in item (i) of that paragraph before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の旧規則第百二条の五第一項第一号に規定する雇入れに係る同項の特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

施行日前に開始された改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百二条の三の二第一項第一号ロに規定する教育訓練に係る同項の雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
