附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 82, paragraph (5) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance") apply as from January 2, 1978.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第八十二条第五項の規定は、昭和五十三年一月二日から適用する。
With regard to a person listed in Article 82, paragraph (5), item (iv) of the New Ordinance whose day of taking up stable employment under Article 57, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act is before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, for the application of the provisions of Article 84, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, the phrase "the day following the day of taking up stable employment under Article 57, paragraph (1) of the Act" in Article 84, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance is deemed to be replaced with "the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect".
新規則第八十二条第五項第四号に掲げる者であつて、雇用保険法第五十七条第一項の安定した職業に就いた日がこの省令の施行の日前であるものに対する雇用保険法施行規則第八十四条第二項の規定の適用については、同項中「法第五十七条第一項の安定した職業に就いた日の翌日」とあるのは、「この省令の施行の日」とする。
A person who, on January 31, 1979, is receiving payment of the basic allowance under the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act by falling under the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance may continue to receive payment of the basic allowance under the provisions of that paragraph for days on or after that day.
昭和五十四年一月三十一日において、新規則附則第十六条の規定に該当することにより雇用保険法第二十三条第一項の規定による基本手当の支給を受けている者は、同日以後の日についてなお引き続き同項の規定による基本手当の支給を受けることができる。
