Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation and applies as from February 25, 1986.
この省令は、公布の日から施行し、昭和六十一年二月二十五日から適用する。
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order to an employer that fell under Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (c) of that Ordinance before the day on which this Ministerial Order applies, and for which the implementation period under item (ii), (a), (1), (iii) of that paragraph ends on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order applies, the provisions then in force continue to govern until the day on which that implementation period ends.
この省令の適用の日前においてこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第一項第一号ハに該当した事業主であつて、当該事業主に係る同項第二号イ（１）（ｉｉｉ）の実施期間がこの省令の適用の日以後において終了するものに係る同条の雇用調整助成金の支給については、当該実施期間の終了する日までの間は、なお従前の例による。
