附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1998.
この省令は、平成十年十月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment of specified care workers under Article 19-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment to an employer that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the grant for employment of specified care workers pursuant to that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十九条の二の規定により特定介護労働者雇用助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する同条の特定介護労働者雇用助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for workplace practical training for graduates not yet employed under Article 19-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment to an employer that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the grant for workplace practical training for graduates not yet employed pursuant to that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十九条の三の規定により未就職卒業者職場実習助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する同条の未就職卒業者職場実習助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
