第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
第二条（雇用安定事業等に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Employment Stabilization Programs, etc.
With regard to the payment of the regular employment incentive under Article 15-11, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Employment Insurance Ordinance") to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, made the hiring falling under Article 15-10, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十五条の十第二項第一号に該当する雇入れを行った事業主に対する第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新雇保則」という。）附則第十五条の十一第二項の正規雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the training, etc. support benefit paid to an employer deemed, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph (27) or (31) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 48 of 2011), to be an employer falling under Article 125, paragraph (2), item (i), (b), (2), (i) or (ii), respectively, of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by that Ministerial Order, the provisions of Article 17-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employment Insurance Ordinance do not apply.
雇用保険法施行規則等の一部を改正する省令（平成二十三年厚生労働省令第四十八号）附則第二条第二十七項又は第三十一項の規定により、それぞれ同令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百二十五条第二項第一号ロ（２）（ｉ）又は（ｉｉ）に該当する事業主とみなして、当該事業主に支給される訓練等支援給付金の支給については、新雇保則附則第十七条の八の規定は適用しない。
