Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 82 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to a qualified recipient who took up an occupation or started a business on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第八十二条の規定は、この省令の施行の日以後に職業に就き、又は事業を開始した受給資格者について適用する。
The written application for re-employment allowance under Article 82-4, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding form of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第八十二条の四第一項の再就職手当支給申請書は、当分の間、なお改正前の雇用保険法施行規則の相当様式によることができる。
