附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 20, 1986.
この省令は、昭和六十一年十月二十日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 102-3, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for a secondment for which the day on which two years have passed counting from the day of the secondment prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (c) of that Article is on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"); provided, however, that with regard to the application of paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Article to a secondment for which the day following the day on which one year has passed counting from the day of the secondment prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (c) of that Article is before the Effective Date, the phrase "two years." in paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "two years, excluding the period from the day following the day on which one year has passed counting from the day of that secondment to October 19, 1986.".

改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第二項第三号の規定は、同条第一項第二号ハに規定する出向をした日から起算して二年を経過する日が、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後である出向に係る雇用調整助成金の支給について適用する。
