附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Support for Women Facing Difficult Problems (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") comes into effect (April 1, 2024).
この省令は、困難な問題を抱える女性への支援に関する法律（以下「法」という。）の施行の日（令和六年四月一日）から施行する。
A person who was placed on probation under Article 26, paragraph (1) of the Anti-Prostitution Act before amendment by the Act, and with regard to whom the Director of the Probation Office contacted the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office concerning employment placement for that person before the Effective Date, is deemed to be a person who has difficulty in finding employment prescribed in Article 32 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 11.
法による改正前の売春防止法第二十六条第一項の規定により保護観察に付された者であって、施行日前にその者の職業のあっせんに関し保護観察所長から公共職業安定所長に連絡のあったものについては、第十一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第三十二条に規定する就職が困難な者とみなす。
