附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to an employer, other than an employer prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act for Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities, that is eligible, on the day preceding the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to receive the incentive for employment of persons with mental and physical disabilities under Article 115, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 115, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment, that incentive is to be paid until the payment ends.
身体障害者雇用促進法附則第二条第一項に規定する事業主以外の事業主であつて、この省令の施行の日の前日において雇用保険法施行規則第百十五条第一項の心身障害者雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができるものについては、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十五条第二項の規定にかかわらず、その支給が終了するまでの間、当該心身障害者雇用奨励金を支給する。
