第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of July 1, 1983.
この省令は、昭和五十八年七月一日から施行する。
第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
With regard to the payment of the employment adjustment grant under Article 102-3, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment for leave, educational training or secondment prescribed in item (ii) of that paragraph that was conducted before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect by an employer prescribed in Article 102-3, paragraph (1), item (i), (d) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の三第一項第一号ニに規定する事業主がこの省令の施行の日前に行つた同項第二号に規定する休業、教育訓練又は出向に係る同項の雇用調整助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers under Article 102-5, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment pertaining to the hiring, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, of a person listed in item (i), (j) or (k) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前における改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の五第一項第一号ヌ又はルに掲げる者の雇入れに係る同項の特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
