附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1991.
この省令は、平成三年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to the monthly amount of the lodging allowance for the months on or before March 1991, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成三年三月以前の月分に係る寄宿手当の月額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of relocation expenses pertaining to a relocation commenced before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に開始した移転に係る移転費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of wide-area job-seeking activity expenses pertaining to wide-area job-seeking activities commenced before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に開始した広域求職活動に係る広域求職活動費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
略称規定第九十六条第一項
広域求職活動費は、受給資格者等が公共職業安定所の紹介により広範囲の地域にわたる求職活動（以下「広域求職活動」という。）をする場合であつて、次の各号のいずれにも該当するときに支給するものとする。
