第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2000.
この省令は、平成十二年四月一日から施行する。
第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
With regard to the monthly amount of the commuting allowance pertaining to months up to and including March 2000, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十二年三月以前の月分に係る通所手当の月額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment, to an employer that, before the Effective Date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), made an application for payment of the continuous employment system incentive pursuant to Article 104, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance"), of the continuous employment system incentive and the grant for continuous employment of many persons under Article 104 of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百四条第二項の規定に基づき継続雇用制度奨励金の支給に係る申請を行った事業主に対する同条の継続雇用制度奨励金及び多数継続雇用助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the incentive for preparation for employment in old age under Article 107 of the Former Ordinance to an employer whose operation plan was certified, before the Effective Date, by the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office having jurisdiction over the location of its place of business pursuant to Article 107, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Former Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the incentive for implementing the program for returning workers from childcare leave or caregiver leave pertaining to days before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の日に係る育児・介護休業者職場復帰プログラム実施奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
To an employer that, by March 31, 2002, has come to be able to receive payment of the benefit for promoting employment in new and growth fields pursuant to Article 17-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, notwithstanding Article 17-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the benefit for promoting employment in new and growth fields may be paid on or after April 1, 2002 as well.
平成十四年三月三十一日までの間に第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の六の規定により新規・成長分野就職促進給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該新規・成長分野就職促進給付金を支給することができる。
