Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
With regard to the payment of the grant for employment development of specified job seekers under Article 110 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") pertaining to hiring on a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の日における雇入れに係る第二条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第百十条の特定求職者雇用開発助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the regional employment incentive under Article 112, paragraph (2) of the Former Ordinance to an employer that submitted, on a day before the Effective Date, the plan under Article 112, paragraph (2), item (i), (b) of the Former Ordinance, and the payment of the regional employment incentive under paragraph (5) of that Article to an employer that submitted, on a day before the Effective Date, the plan under item (i), (b) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の日において旧規則第百十二条第二項第一号ロの計画を提出した事業主に係る同項の地域雇用奨励金の支給及び施行日前の日において同条第五項第一号ロの計画を提出した事業主に係る同項の地域雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the Okinawa youth employment incentive under Article 114-3, paragraph (2) of the Former Ordinance to an employer that submitted, on a day before the Effective Date, the plan under item (i), (b) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前の日において旧規則第百十四条の三第二項第一号ロの計画を提出した事業主に係る同項の沖縄若年者雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
To an employer that, by March 31, 2001, has come to be able to receive payment of the special grant for human resources mobility pursuant to Article 17-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, notwithstanding Article 17-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the special grant for human resources mobility may be paid on or after April 1, 2001 as well.
平成十三年三月三十一日までの間に第二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の四の規定により人材移動特別助成金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該人材移動特別助成金を支給することができる。
To an employer that, by March 31, 2001, has come to be able to receive payment of the incentive for employing many emergency day workers pursuant to Article 17-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, notwithstanding Article 17-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the incentive for employing many emergency day workers may be paid on or after April 1, 2001 as well.
平成十三年三月三十一日までの間に第二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の五の規定により緊急日雇労働者多数雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該緊急日雇労働者多数雇用奨励金を支給することができる。
With regard to the payment of the lifelong ability development benefit pertaining to the vocational training prescribed in Article 125, paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of the Former Ordinance or the educational training prescribed in Article 125, paragraph (3), item (i), (a), (1) of the Former Ordinance, where that training commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
