第三条（雇用保険法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
With regard to the prescribed duration of benefits for a covered person with respect to whom, before the Effective Date, the Director of the Probation Office has made contact with the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office concerning the placement of that person in employment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
対象者であって、施行日前にその者の職業のあっせんに関し保護観察所長から公共職業安定所長に連絡があったものに係る所定給付日数については、なお従前の例による。

「所定給付日数」

法第二十二条第一項に規定する所定給付日数
わかりやすく言うと
一つの受給資格に基づいて基本手当が支給される日数のことです。原則として、算定基礎期間の長さに応じて九十日、百二十日又は百五十日です（雇用保険法第二十二条第一項）。
