Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
The provisions of Article 118 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women pertaining to women employed on or after the Effective Date based on special measures to promote re-employment, etc., and with regard to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women pertaining to women employed before the Effective Date based on special measures to promote re-employment, etc., the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条の規定は、施行日以後再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給について適用し、施行日前に再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
