The employment insurance insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Former Ordinance that is actually issued on August 1, 1983 is deemed to be the employment insurance insured person's certificate under Article 10, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance.
昭和五十八年八月一日において現に交付されている旧規則第十条第一項の規定による雇用保険被保険者証は、新規則第十条第一項の規定による雇用保険被保険者証とみなす。
The employment insurance notification of loss of insured status under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, the notification of taking public vocational training, etc. and the notification of commuting to public vocational training, etc. under Article 21, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, the written declaration for recognition of unemployment under Article 22, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance, the certificate of attendance at public vocational training, etc. under Article 27 of the New Ordinance, and the specially qualified recipient's written declaration for recognition of unemployment under Article 22, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance as applied mutatis mutandis with replacement of terms pursuant to Article 69, paragraph (1) of the New Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Former Ordinance.
新規則第七条第一項の雇用保険被保険者資格喪失届、新規則第二十一条第一項の公共職業訓練等受講届及び公共職業訓練等通所届、新規則第二十二条第一項の失業認定申告書、新規則第二十七条の公共職業訓練等受講証明書並びに新規則第六十九条第一項の規定により読み替えて準用する新規則第二十二条第一項の特例受給資格者失業認定申告書は、当分の間、なお旧規則の相当様式によることができる。

適用日前に安定した職業に就いた改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第八十二条第三項に規定する特例受給資格者に対する常用就職支度金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
