Supplementary Provisions, Article 15
With regard to the insured person's certificate of National Health Insurance in the case where a person who, at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, has actually been issued an insured person's certificate of National Health Insurance by a municipality or a National Health Insurance Society submits, on or after the Effective Date, a notification of acquisition of insured status as an insured day worker under Article 71, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern until the validity period of that insured person's certificate has elapsed.
この省令の施行の際現に市町村又は国民健康保険組合から国民健康保険の被保険者証の交付を受けている者が、施行日以後に雇用保険法施行規則第七十一条第二項の規定に基づき日雇労働被保険者資格取得届を提出する場合における当該国民健康保険の被保険者証については、当該被保険者証の有効期間が経過するまでの間は、なお従前の例による。
