第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"); provided, however, that the provisions set out in the following items come into effect as of the days specified respectively in those items:
この省令は、平成二十六年四月一日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the amending provisions for Article 85-3 and Article 85-4, and the amending provisions for Article 3, Article 20 and Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;

the amending provision adding one Article after Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the portions pertaining to Article 101-2-15 and Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions), the amending provision for Form No. 6 (1), the amending provision for Form No. 10-4 (limited to the portion changing "deceased qualified recipients, etc." to "in principle, deceased qualified recipients, etc."), the amending provisions for Form No. 11, Form No. 11-2 and Form No. 11-3 (limited to the portion adding "in principle" after "attaching") and the amending provision for Form No. 12, the amending provision for Form No. 16 (1) (limited to the portion adding "in principle" after "the written application is,") and the amending provisions for Form No. 22, Form No. 29-2, Form No. 29-3 and Form No. 30: July 1, 2014;
附則第一条の次に一条を加える改正規定（第百一条の二の十五及び附則第三十二条に係る部分を除く。）、様式第六号（１）の改正規定、様式第十号の四の改正規定（「死亡した受給資格者等」を「原則として死亡した受給資格者等」に改める部分に限る。）、様式第十一号、様式第十一号の二及び様式第十一号の三の改正規定（「添えて」の下に「原則として」を加える部分に限る。）並びに様式第十二号の改正規定、様式第十六号（１）の改正規定（「申請書は、」の下に「原則として」を加える部分に限る。）並びに様式第二十二号、様式第二十九号の二、様式第二十九号の三及び様式第三十号の改正規定 平成二十六年七月一日

受給資格者、高年齢受給資格者、特例受給資格者、日雇受給資格者のことです（雇用保険法第五十六条の三第二項）。
