第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2011; provided, however, that the provisions set out in the following items come into effect as of the days specified respectively in those items:
この省令は、平成二十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
Article 2, and paragraphs (7) and (8) of the following Article: June 1, 2011;
Article 3, Article 7 and Article 14, and paragraphs (1), (5) and (36) of the following Article: July 1, 2011;
Article 4 and Article 9, and paragraphs (12) through (15), paragraphs (32) through (35) and paragraph (38) of the following Article: September 1, 2011.
第四条及び第九条並びに次条第十二項から第十五項まで、第三十二項から第三十五項まで及び第三十八項の規定 平成二十三年九月一日
