第二条（訓練等支援給付金に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Training, etc. Support Benefit
With regard to the payment of the training, etc. support benefit to an employer that, before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order, came to be able to receive the training, etc. support benefit pursuant to Article 17-7, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の七第二項の規定により訓練等支援給付金を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する訓練等支援給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
