Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act
With regard to the payment of the benefit under Article 140, item (ix) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of a benefit pursuant to that item, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に、この省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百四十条第九号の規定により給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する同号の給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
