Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
The provisions of Article 35, item (v), (a) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 apply to overtime work pertaining to months on or after April 2002, and with regard to overtime work pertaining to months before April of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第三十五条第五号イの規定は、平成十四年四月以後の月に係る時間外労働について適用し、同年同月前の月に係る時間外労働については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the incentive for improving the employment environment for elderly persons under Article 105 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") to an employer that, before the Effective Date of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), submitted to the Central Employment Stabilization Center for Elderly Persons, etc. the workplace improvement plan for elderly persons prescribed in paragraph (1), item (i), (b) of that Article or the plan for establishing a place of business for elderly persons prescribed in item (ii), (b) of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧雇保則」という。）第百五条第一項第一号ロに規定する高年齢者職場改善計画又は同項第二号ロに規定する高年齢者事業所設置計画を中央高年齢者等雇用安定センターに提出した事業主に対する同条の高年齢者雇用環境整備奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the grant for childcare facilities at places of business under Article 116, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the grant for childcare and caregiving expenses under Article 116, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the grant for improving the employment environment for childcare and caregiving under Article 116, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that grant pursuant to paragraph (4) of that Article before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the grant for securing caregiving human resources under Article 117 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance pertaining to hiring on a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the ability development benefit under Article 125, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance pertaining to the eligible vocational training under paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of that Article that was implemented before the Effective Date, and the self-development subsidy benefit under paragraph (1) of that Article pertaining to the paid educational training leave under paragraph (3), item (i), (a) of that Article and the eligible training under (b) of that item, that were implemented before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the caregiving ability development benefit under Article 125-2 of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance pertaining to the caregiving ability development measures under paragraph (2) of that Article that were commenced before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the benefit for dispatch to authorized training, etc. under Article 133, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance pertaining to the authorized training under that paragraph that was implemented before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
With regard to the payment of the continuous employment system incentive under Article 104, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to paragraph (2), item (i) of that Article before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
