With regard to the daily amount of the attendance allowance pertaining to days before April 1, 1999, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十一年四月一日前の日に係る受講手当の日額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the monthly amount of the lodging allowance pertaining to months up to and including March 1999, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十一年三月以前の月分に係る寄宿手当の月額については、なお従前の例による。
To an employer that, by December 31, 1999, has come to be able to receive payment of the incentive for employing many elderly persons pursuant to Article 17-5, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1, notwithstanding Article 17-5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Ordinance, the incentive for employing many elderly persons may be paid on or after January 1, 2000 as well.
平成十一年十二月三十一日までの間に第一条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十七条の五第二項の規定により高年齢者多数雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、平成十二年一月一日以後においても当該高年齢者多数雇用奨励金を支給することができる。
