Supplementary Provisions

①This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 20, 1986.

②The provisions of Article 102-3, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the employment adjustment grant for a secondment for which the day on which two years have passed counting from the day of the secondment prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (c) of that Article is on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"); provided, however, that with regard to the application of paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Article to a secondment for which the day following the day on which one year has passed counting from the day of the secondment prescribed in paragraph (1), item (ii), (c) of that Article is before the Effective Date, the phrase "two years." in paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "two years, excluding the period from the day following the day on which one year has passed counting from the day of that secondment to October 19, 1986.".
