第二条（経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
With regard to the daily amount of the attendance allowance for days before the day on which this Ministerial Order applies (hereinafter referred to as the "application date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の適用の日（以下「適用日」という。）前の日に係る受講手当の日額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the payment of the regular employment preparation grant to a specially qualified recipient prescribed in Article 82, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") who took up stable employment before the application date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
適用日前に安定した職業に就いた改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）第八十二条第三項に規定する特例受給資格者に対する常用就職支度金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
