Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts for the Improvement and Enhancement of Benefits Related to Employment, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Arrangement Act") (June 8, 1981); provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 that add one Article to the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act come into effect as of October 1, 1981.
この省令は、雇用に係る給付金等の整備充実を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（以下「整備法」という。）の施行の日（昭和五十六年六月八日）から施行する。ただし、第一条中雇用保険法施行規則附則に一条を加える改正規定は、昭和五十六年十月一日から施行する。
略称規定附則第一条第一項
この省令は、雇用に係る給付金等の整備充実を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（以下「整備法」という。）の施行の日（昭和五十六年六月八日）から施行する。
わかりやすく言うと
雇用に係る給付金等の整備充実を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律のことで、昭和五十六年労働省令第二十二号の附則で使われる略称です。
