Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 2020; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 27 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief in relation to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in Article 5, the provisions amending Article 13, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Ministerial Order on the Arrangement, etc. of Orders of the Ministry of Labour Accompanying the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Unemployment Insurance Act and the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance in Article 6, and the following Article come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、令和二年一月一日から施行する。ただし、第五条中厚生労働省関係石綿による健康被害の救済に関する法律施行規則第二十七条の改正規定、第六条中失業保険法及び労働者災害補償保険法の一部を改正する法律及び労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の施行に伴う労働省令の整備等に関する省令第十三条第二項及び第三項の改正規定並びに次条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
