第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 1978; provided, however, that the provisions set out in the following items come into effect as of the day set out in each of those items.
この省令は、昭和五十三年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に掲げる日から施行する。
The provisions amending Article 31, Article 63, Article 66 and Article 73, the provisions adding one Article after that Article, the provisions adding two Articles after Article 74, the provisions adding one Article after Article 76, the provisions amending Article 79, and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending Articles 135 through 137 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 3 of 1975) and the provisions adding one Article after Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions): April 1, 1979.
第三十一条、第六十三条、第六十六条及び第七十三条の改正規定、同条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第七十四条の次に二条を加える改正規定、第七十六条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第七十九条の改正規定並びに附則第六条の規定及び附則第九条の規定（雇用保険法施行規則（昭和五十年労働省令第三号）第百三十五条から第百三十七条までの改正規定及び附則第十七条の次に一条を加える改正規定に限る。） 昭和五十四年四月一日
