Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1998; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions amending the table of contents of the Local Tax Act, the provisions amending Article 129 of that Act, and the provisions adding a chapter to the main body of that Act (excluding the part relating to Article 756, paragraphs (3) and (4) of that Act) in Article 1, the provisions of Article 15 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 30 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the provisions amending Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Local Tax Act and the Act on Grants Distributed to Municipalities Where National Assets, etc. are Located (Act No. 9 of 1997)): the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation
第一条中地方税法の目次の改正規定、同法第百二十九条の改正規定及び同法の本則に一章を加える改正規定（同法第七百五十六条第三項及び第四項に係る部分を除く。）並びに附則第十五条の規定及び附則第三十条の規定（地方税法及び国有資産等所在市町村交付金法の一部を改正する法律（平成九年法律第九号）附則第七条第三項の改正規定に限る。） 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
