附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三箇月をこえない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
With respect to benefits for medical treatment or benefits of rehabilitation medical care under the provisions of the Former Unrepatriated Persons Relief Act or the Former War-Wounded and Sick Persons Relief Act provided before the enforcement of this Act, the provisions of the proviso to Article 72-14, paragraph (1) and the proviso to Article 72-17, paragraph (1) of the Local Tax Act prior to amendment under the preceding paragraph remain in force.
この法律の施行前に行なわれた旧未帰還者援護法又は旧戦傷病者援護法の規定による療養の給付又は更生医療の給付に関しては、前項の規定による改正前の地方税法第七十二条の十四第一項ただし書及び第七十二条の十七第一項ただし書の規定は、なお、その効力を有する。
