第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1984; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、昭和五十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 489, paragraph (1), item (xviii) of the Local Tax Act in Article 1, and the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: June 1, 1984;
第一条中地方税法第四百八十九条第一項第十八号の改正規定及び附則第十六条の規定 昭和五十九年六月一日
the provisions amending Article 328-3, Appended Table 1 and Appended Table 2 of the Local Tax Act in Article 2, and the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (1) and Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions: January 1, 1985;
the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the provisions amending Article 328-3, Appended Table 1 and Appended Table 2 of the Local Tax Act), and the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (2) and Article 13, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1985.
