第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 78, paragraph (1), Article 112-2, Article 489 and Article 490-2, paragraph (1) come into effect on June 1, 1973, the provisions amending the provisions on special land holding tax come into effect on July 1 of that year, the provisions amending Article 114-4, Article 114-5, paragraph (1), Article 129, paragraph (3) and Article 490 come into effect on October 1 of that year, and the provisions amending Article 149, Article 150, paragraphs (3) and (4), and Article 151, paragraph (3) come into effect on April 1, 1974.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第七十八条第一項、第百十二条の二、第四百八十九条及び第四百九十条の二第一項の改正規定は昭和四十八年六月一日から、特別土地保有税に関する改正規定は同年七月一日から、第百十四条の四、第百十四条の五第一項、第百二十九条第三項及び第四百九十条の改正規定は同年十月一日から、第百四十九条、第百五十条第三項及び第四項並びに第百五十一条第三項の改正規定は昭和四十九年四月一日から施行する。
