第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the date specified in each of those items:
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions amending Article 32, item (i), the provisions amending Article 33, paragraph (4), item (iii), the provisions amending Article 37, paragraph (2), item (i) and the provisions amending Article 42, paragraph (1), item (i), (a), and the provisions of Articles 4 and 15 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 2008;

The provisions amending the table of contents, the provisions amending Article 1, paragraph (2), item (iv), the provisions amending Article 11-3, paragraph (1), item (i), the provisions amending Articles 51 through 51-5, the provisions amending Articles 73 through 76, the provisions amending Article 167-2 (including its heading), the provisions amending Articles 215 through 217-2, the provisions amending Article 262, paragraph (1), item (vii), the provisions amending Article 281-2, paragraph (1), item (iii), (a), the provisions amending Article 304, item (ii), and the provisions amending Article 336, paragraph (5) and Article 339, paragraph (7), and the provisions of Articles 5, 7, 10 and 13 and Articles 16 through 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of enforcement of the Act on General Incorporated Associations and General Incorporated Foundations (Act No. 48 of 2006) (December 1, 2008).
