附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Fishery Industry Cooperative Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (November 1, 1983).
この政令は、水産業協同組合法の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（昭和五十八年十一月一日）から施行する。
With regard to a Fishery Industry Cooperative Mutual Aid Society that exists at the time of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the contracts relating to mutual aid concluded by it, and the mutual aid benefits pertaining to those contracts, the provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Inheritance Tax Act, the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Taxation, the Order for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act, the Order for the Enforcement of the Corporation Tax Act, the Order for Enforcement of the Local Tax Act, and the Order for Organization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries prior to amendment by this Cabinet Order remain in force for as long as that Fishery Industry Cooperative Mutual Aid Society exists.
この政令の施行の際現に存する水産業協同組合共済会並びにその締結した共済に係る契約及び当該契約に係る共済金については、この政令による改正前の相続税法施行令、租税特別措置法施行令、所得税法施行令、法人税法施行令、地方税法施行令及び農林水産省組織令の規定は、当該水産業協同組合共済会が存する間、なおその効力を有する。
