第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、平成十八年四月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2006.
第二十五条（所得税法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 25Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Income Tax Act
施行日前に支払うべき前条の規定による改正前の所得税法第七十四条第二項第十二号に掲げる納付金については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern payments set forth in Article 74, paragraph (2), item (xii) of the Income Tax Act before amendment by the preceding Article which are payable before the effective date.
