②The provisions of Article 9, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 6 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 65-6, paragraph (5) and Article 65-8, paragraph (6) of that Ordinance), Article 12, paragraph (2) and Article 66, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance) apply to notices under Article 9, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 66, paragraph (2) of that Ordinance), Article 11, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 65-6, paragraph (5) and Article 65-8, paragraph (6) of that Ordinance) or Article 12, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance (hereinafter in this paragraph simply referred to as "notices") that are given on or after the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in item (i) of the preceding Article, and with regard to notices given before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
