附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
A person who, on January 31, 1978, is receiving payment of the basic allowance under the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act by falling under the provisions of Article 16 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment may continue to receive payment of the basic allowance under the provisions of that paragraph for days on or after that day.
昭和五十三年一月三十一日において、改正後の雇用保険法施行規則附則第十六条の規定に該当することにより雇用保険法第二十三条第一項の規定による基本手当の支給を受けている者は、同日以後の日についてなお引き続き同項の規定による基本手当の支給を受けることができる。
