This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Promotion of Improvement of Employment Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises for Securing Manpower (January 1, 1999).
この省令は、中小企業における労働力の確保のための雇用管理の改善の促進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十一年一月一日）から施行する。
