Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 112, paragraph (4) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the regional employment relocation benefit pertaining to the establishment or improvement of a place of business carried out on or after the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and with regard to the payment of the regional employment relocation benefit pertaining to the establishment or improvement of a place of business or the relocation of a factory carried out before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十二条第四項の規定は、この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に行われた事業所の設置又は整備に係る地域雇用移転給付金の支給について適用し、施行日前に行われた事業所の設置若しくは整備又は工場の移転に係る地域雇用移転給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

第三条
The provisions of Article 118 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment apply to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women pertaining to women employed on or after the Effective Date based on special measures to promote re-employment, etc., and with regard to the payment of the re-employment promotion benefit for women pertaining to women employed before the Effective Date based on special measures to promote re-employment, etc., the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百十八条の規定は、施行日以後再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給について適用し、施行日前に再雇用特別措置等に基づき雇用された女子に係る女子再雇用促進給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
