附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
The employment insurance separation certificate under Form No. 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ordinance") that is actually submitted at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the employment insurance separation certificate under Form No. 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance").
この省令の施行の際現に提出されているこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）様式第五号による雇用保険被保険者離職証明書は、この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）様式第五号による雇用保険被保険者離職証明書とみなす。
The employment insurance separation slip under Form No. 6 of the Former Ordinance that is actually issued at the time of enforcement of this Ministerial Order is deemed to be the employment insurance separation slip under Form No. 6 of the New Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現に交付されている旧規則様式第六号による雇用保険被保険者離職票は、新規則様式第六号による雇用保険被保険者離職票とみなす。
The employment insurance separation certificate under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New Ordinance and the employment insurance separation slip under Article 7, paragraph (2) of the New Ordinance may, for the time being, continue to be in the corresponding forms of the Former Ordinance.
新規則第七条第一項第一号の雇用保険被保険者離職証明書及び同条第二項の雇用保険被保険者離職票は、当分の間、なお旧規則の相当様式によることができる。
