Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the day of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 3 through 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of October 1, 2003.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、附則第三条から第六条までの規定は、平成十五年十月一日から施行する。
