附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1995; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 17, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions of paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of June 1, 1995.
この省令は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第十七条第一項及び第三項の改正規定並びに附則第四項の規定は、平成七年六月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of the year-round employment incentive to an employer that, before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect, became eligible to receive payment of the year-round employment incentive pursuant to Article 114, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前に改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百十四条第一項の規定により通年雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する当該通年雇用奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the year-round employment incentive during the period until March 15, 1998 pursuant to Article 16-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act after amendment (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ordinance"), that year-round employment incentive may be paid on or after March 16 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph.
平成十年三月十五日までの間に改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）附則第十六条の三第一項の規定により通年雇用奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同項の規定にかかわらず、同月十六日以後においても当該通年雇用奨励金を支給することができる。
To an employer that became eligible to receive payment of the winter employment stabilization incentive during the period until May 31, 1998 pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that winter employment stabilization incentive may be paid on or after June 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article.
平成十年五月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条第二項の規定により冬期雇用安定奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年六月一日以後においても当該冬期雇用安定奨励金を支給することができる。
To an employer, an employers' association, or a worker that became eligible to receive payment of the winter skill training course subsidy benefit during the period until March 31, 1998 pursuant to Article 17-2, paragraph (3) or (4) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Ordinance, that winter skill training course subsidy benefit may be paid on or after April 1 of that year as well, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article.
平成十年三月三十一日までの間に新規則附則第十七条の二第三項又は第四項の規定により冬期技能講習助成給付金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主若しくは事業主の団体又は労働者に対しては、同条第一項の規定にかかわらず、同年四月一日以後においても当該冬期技能講習助成給付金を支給することができる。
