Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2015.

この省令は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。

Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

第二条（経過措置）

With regard to the payment of the grant for employment stabilization of elderly persons to an employer that made the hiring under Article 104, paragraph (1), item (i), (b), (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Ordinance") before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.

この省令の施行の日（以下この条において「施行日」という。）前にこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下この条において「旧雇保則」という。）第百四条第一項第一号ロ（１）の雇入れを行った事業主に対する高年齢者雇用安定助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the incentive for employment stabilization of persons with a mental disability, etc. to an employer that, before the Effective Date, came to be able to receive payment of that incentive pursuant to Article 118-3, paragraph (4), items (i) through (vii) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則第百十八条の三第四項第一号から第七号までの規定により精神障害者等雇用安定奨励金の支給を受けることができることとなった事業主に対する精神障害者等雇用安定奨励金の支給については、なお従前の例による。

With regard to the payment of the grant for ability improvement through positive action under Article 139, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Ordinance to an employer that, before the Effective Date, publicly announced the target value prescribed in paragraph (2), item (i), (a) of that Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

施行日前に旧雇保則第百三十九条第二項第一号イに規定する目標値を公表した事業主に対する同条第一項のポジティブ・アクション能力アップ助成金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
